Chef Boyardee: Reloaded is a book project riffing off of a previous project where I examined the history and impact of Ettore Boiardi, the original Chef Boyardee. I also used this opportunity to explore unconventional binding methods by using eggwash to glue the accordion booklets together and then encased and cooked them in homemade ravioli dough.
